Refunds

Here is our straight forward and friendly refund policy:

1.  If you paid for your order and we already shipped it, simply send it back in its original packaging, you will receive your refund less shipping costs

2.  If you paid for your order and we havn't shipped it yet, you will receive a full refund, no questions ask

3.  If you receive your order and items are damaged, please email us within 2 days of receiving your package with all supporting pictures so we can file for insurance claim.  You will receive your refund after insurance issues us a refund.

4.  If you receive your order and don't like the item(s), please contact us first to see if we can work something out within 2 days.  Otherwise you have 7 days to send the item(s) back to us with tracking in its original packing condition.  Refund will be given less shipping costs.  All items returned must be in original condition.

No returns on Books, Cards, and Journals due to copyright infringement. 

All sales are final for all breakable crystals due to their delicate nature.
